Manu Ginobili and the San Antonio Spurs are in a battle with the Oklahoma City Thunder in the NBA playoffs. However, that is not the only battle Ginobili is in. He has been fighting that patch of baldness on the top of his head since 2009. The patch is roughly the size of your standard Yamaka. They are in an epic stalemate, and it does not appear to be ending anytime soon.
The hair will not fully commit to balding past that patch to force him to shave his head, once and for all. Manu, on the other hand, refuses to give in by taking the easy way out with Bosley for Men. It is a classic fight to the death. Will the man’s ego outlast his pesky and battle tested follicles? The sad fact is, Ginobili used to have a beautiful head of European hair. He was a classic suave Argentinian sex symbol. What lady wouldn’t want to bang a slightly less jacked, dark haired version of Fabio?!
Now his hair has let him down and this is what’s left of it:
This is a true fall from grace for Manu Ginobili. One minute he was brushing the hair out of his face as he ran down the court. As for now, he can probably feel the air lightly breeze through that empty spot, in a gentle reminder of what used to be.
